If you have a proven background in operational management, particularly in the security industry, along with strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising our business processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring that our operations align with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee manned guarding operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth daily functioning and compliance with policies.

Provide leadership and support to field operatives, managing recruitment, rostering, and workforce performance.

Ensure all staff are trained, licensed, and vetted per client and legal requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and Health & Safety evaluations, maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Investigate incident reports and client complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Perform site evaluations and generate monthly KPI reports, overseeing accurate and timely customer billing.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in operations management, preferably within the security sector.

Strong knowledge of multi-site operations and manned guarding practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams and ensure adherence to company standards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
